Qatar defeats Republic of Korea 2-0 in AFC U-23 qualifiers

Changwon, Korea: Qatar earned an impressive 2-0 win over Korea Republic in their opening fixture in Group B of the AFC U23 Asian Cup™ 2024 Qualifiers. At Changwon Football Center in the southern city of Changwon, Qatar, who already secured a place in the 2024 AFC U-23 Asian Cup as hosts, managed to score in each half to make sure newly appointed coach Ildio Vale emerged victorious in his official debut.
